We the people would like to know how much it would cost us to outbid the lobbyists and special interests who are lining your pockets?

The purpose of this is to petition the United States Congress and the President to give us an amount in dollars and gifts that We the People could pay you so that you might start actually working for We the People again.

How much would it cost us? Never mind the salary we already pay you. Never mind the retirement you are guaranteed. Never mind the health insurance we provide.

The money we pay you AND the money they pay you comes from We the People anyways, so why not cut out the middle man?

How much would it cost us to buy your votes back from the lobbyists?

If we can raise the money to outbid the lobbyists and special interest, then maybe you can start making laws that help We the People instead of subjugating us to our government's corporate masters.
